This policy explains what information lindamoodmarketing.com collects, how I use it and the choices you have. Lindamood Marketing is a one-person business run by Brady Lindamood in Lake Orion, Michigan.
What I collect
When you fill out the free mockup form, I collect what you type in: your name, business name, type of business, town, email address, and, if you choose, your phone number, current website and a message. When you call or email me, I get your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to share.
Like most websites, this site also collects basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is handled by the site’s host, WordPress.com, and helps keep the site running, secure and measured.
How I use it
- To answer your request and prepare your mockup or quote.
- To follow up about the services you asked about. Every follow-up email lets you opt out.
- To run, secure and improve this website.
I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Who else handles it
Form submissions are stored by WordPress.com, which is operated by Automattic, and sent to my business email, which runs on Google Workspace. Each handles data under its own privacy policy: Automattic and Google. I may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and Do Not Track
WordPress.com may set cookies to run the site and count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. This site does not currently change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.
How long I keep it
I keep form submissions and emails as long as needed to respond to you and to keep normal business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the information I have about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email brady@lindamoodmarketing.com or call (248) 881-6694, and I’ll take care of it.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I’ll update it on this page and change the effective date at the top.
